To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase. Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including:

- Greenhouse and Tunnel Supplies
- Seeders
These items are excluded due to their specialized nature and the potential for damage during return shipping.
Return & Exchange Process
Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:

Refund Process
